How does an engagement with Morton Street typically start?
We begin with a diagnostic phase. In the first 1-2 weeks, we audit your current GTM stack, analyze your pipeline data, map your ICP, and identify the highest-leverage opportunities. From there, we build a custom roadmap.
What's the typical engagement length?
Most clients start with a 90-day engagement to build the foundational systems. After that, many transition to ongoing retainers for optimization and scaling. We don't lock you into long-term contracts.
How involved does our team need to be?
We embed with your team, not replace it. Expect 2-3 hours per week of collaboration — strategy calls, content reviews, and pipeline syncs. We handle the heavy lifting.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes. We work with seed through Series A companies, as well as bootstrapped teams with product-market fit. The key requirement is a product with paying customers and a desire to scale.
