Outbound Specialist @ Morton Street
Design and execute outbound campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for Morton Street's clients. You'll own the full outbound motion — signal-based targeting, multi-channel sequences, copy iteration, and relentless optimization. You'll work directly with our GTM strategists to turn ideal customer profiles into booked meetings.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) for client campaigns
- Research target accounts and identify buying signals using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and custom data sources
- Write and iterate on outbound copy that converts — cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts
- Manage campaign performance metrics and optimize for reply rates, meeting rates, and pipeline generated
- Collaborate with GTM strategists to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting criteria
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, or agency outbound
- Experience with outbound tools (Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
- Strong writing skills — you can craft compelling cold outreach that doesn't feel templated
- Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing campaign metrics
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments

GTM Engineer @ Morton Street
Build the technical infrastructure behind Morton Street's growth systems. You'll design and maintain the automations, integrations, and data pipelines that power our clients' outbound and inbound motions. From CRM workflows to signal-based triggers to AI-powered enrichment — you'll make the machines run.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain automated GTM workflows using Clay, Make/Zapier, and custom integrations
- Design data enrichment pipelines that combine multiple providers for waterfall coverage
- Create and optimize CRM automations (HubSpot/Salesforce) for lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle management
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that give clients visibility into pipeline performance
- Architect signal-based trigger systems that identify and act on buying intent
What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or growth engineering
- Proficiency with Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, and automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
- Understanding of modern GTM stack architecture and data flow patterns
- Passion for building systems that scale and a bias toward automation over manual work
